I was very happy with the support received from the team and help they provided me through the process. The information provided and the guidance given before my appointments were very helpful and helped me understand the process. I also appreciate the follow-ups and asking for information to help get the right information to the VA. Without your support, I would not have stuck with the process through completion. I did not realize how long it would take, and the help you provided allowed me to stick with the process. I will definitely recommend that other veterans seek support from the team. If I do need additional support, I will definitely reach out. Thank you again.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your Veteran Consultant Service and how can it improve my claim?

We provide a comprehensive, expert-led review of your military and civilian medical records to bridge the gap between your history and a successful claim. By identifying key medical evidence and organizing your records for maximum impact, we help you submit a "Fully Developed Claim" (FDC). Our goal is to highlight the chronicity and continuity of care that VA raters look for, ensuring your evidence is clear and structured.

How do you use the "Caluza Triangle" during the review?

The Caluza Triangle is the legal standard the VA uses to determine service connection. Our review process is specifically designed to satisfy these three essential elements:

  • A Current Diagnosis: Documentation of a current disability or chronic condition.
  • An In-Service Event: Evidence of an injury, disease, or event that occurred during active duty.
  • The Nexus: The medical "bridge" linking your current condition to your service. We identify where these elements exist in your records and, more importantly, alert you if any side of the triangle is missing so you can address it before filing.
What types of records do you review?

We conduct a deep dive into all relevant documentation, including:

  • Military Service Treatment Records (STRs) and C-Files.
  • VA Medical Records and private (civilian) treatment history.
  • Diagnostic reports such as X-rays, MRIs, and lab results.
  • Prior VA Rating Decisions or denial letters to identify why previous evidence may have fallen short.
What will I receive after the review, and are there guarantees?

You will receive a Comprehensive Evidence Summary featuring a structured timeline of your medical history, an assessment based on the Caluza Triangle, observations on potential "Secondary Conditions," and strategic recommendations for your claim. Please note that while we use the same standards as the VA, we do not guarantee outcomes; approval decisions are made solely by the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Do you provide filing services, medical diagnoses, or legal advice?
No. We are consultants, not VSOs, attorneys, or medical providers. We do not file claims on your behalf, provide new medical diagnoses, or offer legal representation. Our role is strictly the review and organization of existing evidence to provide you with a high-level evidence package that you can use when submitting your claim through the appropriate channels.
Is my information secure, and who can use this service?

Yes. We are fully HIPAA compliant. We understand the sensitive nature of your medical history and follow strict federal guidelines to ensure your Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled with the highest level of security via encrypted channels. This service is designed for first-time filers, those seeking a rating increase, and Veterans appealing a denial who need to identify and close evidence gaps.
